Due to limited inventory and for hygienic reasons, Veronicare LLC does not offer Returns or Refunds of any kind on any skincare items sold in our stores or online.
Our return policy is that we would love to communicate with you, respectfully, to find a way to make you happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, start by emailing us at email@example.com. We will discuss with you to ensure you are using the products in the best way possible for your skin, and are introducing them with a routine that lets your skin respond effectively.
Exchanges for Product(s) Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt. Customer must include photo(s) of the damaged item and a copy of your order confirmation e-mail. Please do not ship the product back to us. When approved, we will send a replacement to you.
Exchanges For Incorrect Item Shipped to Customer
In the unlikely event that an incorrect item was shipped to you, contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly to arrange an exchange. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.
If you have any questions, whatsoever, email us. We really want to help, and should be back to you via email within 48 hours in most cases. Please note that we do not work on Saturdays.
