Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you don't love a Veronicare Rejuvenates product please reach out to us here or at  customercare@veronicare.com  and we’ll help you with your concerns.

We issue exchanges or full refunds for products returned within 30 days. Shipping charges are however non-refundable.

 

Did you know it takes 21+ days (about 3 weeks) for your skin to see the real benefits of new skincare products? Give Veronicare Rejuvenates some time to work its magic.

 

Exchanges for Product(s) Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, send an email to customercare@veronicare.com within 72 hours of receipt. Customer must include photo(s) of the damaged item and a copy of your order confirmation e-mail. Please do not ship the product back to us. When approved, we will send a replacement to you. 

Exchanges For Incorrect Item Shipped to Customer

In the unlikely event that an incorrect item was shipped to you, contact us at customercare@veronicare.com within 72 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly to arrange an exchange. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.
If you have any questions, whatsoever, email us. We really want to help, and should be back to you via email within 48 hours in most cases. Please note that we do not work on Saturdays.
